"Finally, finding a replacement part wasn’t a headache"
I was expecting this to be way more annoying than it was because finding replacement parts usually turns into a whole ordeal. But I found the brush easily, ordered it, and it showed up fast with no hassle. Wish it was always this simple.

I’ve been using it for a bit, and I really like that it keeps the clean and dirty water separate. I’m not some expert or anything, but it definitely feels like it makes mopping less messy. Refilling it is simple too, which I appreciate. The only downside I’ve noticed is the dirty water tank can start to smell if I forget to empty it, but that’s probably on me. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars

The battery lasts well overall. Sure, it could definitely last longer, but apparently this is what we’re working with. It gets the job done, so I can’t complain too much...

This thing does a solid job cleaning, no complaints there. But the filter? It’s a whole ongoing saga. I feel like every time I turn around, it needs to be washed again. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely something you’ll want to keep up with if you don’t want the drama to build.

It does suck up dirt well and I haven’t had any major issues with it so far. That said, when I had a question, I kind of felt dismissed instead of actually helped, which was frustrating. The vacuum itself is fine, but the experience could’ve been better

"Simple setup, no fuss"
Putting it together was straightforward and only took me about 10 minutes. The instructions could’ve been a little clearer, but it’s common sense once you see how the pieces fit. Everything clicked into place without any trouble.

"I bought this floor washer about…"
I bought this floor washer about 4 months ago, and I’m disappointed. My sister had recommended trying a floor washer like this because she loves hers, so I was expecting it to make cleaning easier for a long time. But the handle already feels loose, the battery drains way too fast, and now it only sprays water about half the time. For what it cost, I really expected better quality and durability. I don’t think I’ll be buying Tineco again.

"Good for everyday messes"
It does a good job picking up regular messes around the house. I used it after making breakfast, which somehow always turns into a bigger cleanup than expected, especially when toast crumbs get everywhere. For tougher spots, I did have to go over them a second time, but that wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it works well enough for daily use.

"Works fine, but ugh, the storage is annoying"
I bought this thinking it would be easy to tuck away, but the second I set up the dock I was like, wait... why is this so bulky? The vacuum itself works okay, no major complaints there, but the dock takes up way more floor space than I expected. The accessories don’t really sit neatly either, so my closet instantly looks messy every time I put it away. I just wish they had put more thought into the storage side of things.

"Handy little cleaner, even if the app is a bit slow"
I’ve actually been happy with this so far. The app and sensor features are super handy, especially the part that lets me know when the floor is actually clean instead of me just guessing. It does take a bit to connect sometimes, which is annoying, but not a dealbreaker. I haven’t had to deal with customer service yet, and I’m hoping I don’t, because I never really trust companies to be helpful once they already have your money. Overall though, the product itself has been solid

"So easy to grab and use"
I’ve actually been really happy with how light my Tineco is. Like, I can take it around the house, do the stairs, then suddenly notice crumbs in the kitchen and just handle it without feeling like I dragged out a whole machine. My mom tried it too and mentioned right away that it was easy to hold, which says a lot. It just makes those random quick cleanups less of a hassle. Anyway, definitely 5 stars from me.

"Way quieter than I expected"
I went with the Tineco mostly because my old vacuum was ridiculously loud and would send my dog running every time. I had a good feeling about this one after reading up on it, and I’m glad I trusted my instinct because it’s much quieter, even on the stronger setting.
It still makes noise obviously, since it’s a vacuum, but it doesn’t have that harsh high-pitched sound that makes cleaning feel annoying. I can use it early in the morning without worrying I’m waking up the whole house, so I’m really happy with it so far.

"Really relieved by the support"
A few months after buying my Tineco, it started having an issue, and I remember feeling that sinking frustration because I figured dealing with customer service was going to be a whole ordeal. But they actually got back to me quickly and just asked for a few pictures and my order info. Once I sent everything over, they approved the warranty and shipped out the replacement part. it was so much easier than I expected, and I felt really relieved afterward. Super happy with how they handled it.

"Charges literally faster than I thought it would"
I’m happy with how fast it charges. It’s not like it’s instant or anything, but it literally gets back to full quicker than my old vacuum used to. I usually just plug it in after I’m done cleaning, and by the time I need it again later, it’s ready to go. 4 stars from me.

"Good on tile, not so much on thicker rugs"
I’ve noticed a clear pattern with this thing: on tile, it does fine and handles the job okay. But every time it gets to my thicker rugs or carpet, it struggles like it just doesn’t want to be there. If most of your floors are hard surfaces, it might be alright, but it’s not great for thicker carpet...
